Despite all the time that passed ever since the death of her beloved daughter Meiko, Irène had not been able to get over the tragic loss and is so caught up in her agony, that she even puts her sadness over her son Satoshi. She began to isolate herself from the outside over the years and only rarely will leave the house. Although she won't show her emotions much and will always try to keep a happy, stable personality near people, there is near to no doubt that Irène is possessed by her inner desperation and grief. Although she is treating neither her husband nor her son insensibly or cold-heartedly, she still takes everything concerning her family for granted without showing them the needed attention or care. She never go outside even for a minute because she is suffering fr9m the death of menma, that led Satoshi his son invisible to her or that led her to forget his son.
Irène is a middle-aged woman with grey hair that reaches down to slightly above her shoulders and has blue eyes. She wears a white blueish blouse combined with a long, green pleated skirt and black slippers with grey socks.
